Join Nancy Ross, LCSW, BCD and Patricia De Fonte to learn how a Collaborative Interdisciplinary estate planning case works.Through discussion and case examples, they will examine what often goes through the mind of estate lawyers when creating a trust and how Collaborative Trusts & Estates can fill gaps in traditional planning to support both a meaningful financial and emotional legacy for families.

Participants will explore the challenges faced by lawyers and neutral professionals, the similarities and differences between Collaborative Trusts & Estates and the Collaborative Divorce process, and how Collaborative practitioners are uniquely trained for this rewarding and complex work.
